1. Prices and quotations
Website prices are indicative starting amounts in PNG Kina. The final price depends on confirmed deliverables, complexity, third-party expenses and other requirements.
2. Invoices and references
Payments must use the invoice number or reference stated on the invoice. Clients should send a transaction receipt by email or WhatsApp for verification.
3. Deposits and milestones
Projects may require a non-refundable initial deposit. Larger projects may use milestone payments. The applicable schedule will be shown on the quotation or invoice.
4. Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, licences, registrations, printing, travel, equipment and other committed third-party costs are generally non-refundable after purchase or commitment.
5. Cancellation
If a client cancels, MADICT HUB will calculate work completed and costs committed up to the cancellation date. Any outstanding amount remains payable.
6. Refund assessment
A refund is not automatic because a client changes direction. Requests are assessed according to work completed, accepted milestones, supplied deliverables, committed costs and any project agreement.
7. Duplicate payments
Confirmed duplicate payments or clear overpayments will be corrected after verification. Bank charges may affect the returned amount.
8. Security
Never send MADICT HUB your card number, expiry date, CVV, bank password, PIN or OTP. Report suspicious requests through our official contact channels.
