2. Quotations and scope
A service begins only after scope, deliverables, price and payment terms are confirmed. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, fee or timeline.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate content, data, access and instructions.
- Review work and provide consolidated feedback within agreed timeframes.
- Confirm that supplied materials may legally be used.
- Pay invoices according to their stated terms.
4. Timelines
Delivery estimates depend on scope, timely feedback, content readiness, third-party services and events outside reasonable control.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, final approved deliverables become available to the client after full payment. MADICT HUB retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable methods, templates, general components and know-how. Third-party materials remain subject to their licences.
6. Portfolio use
MADICT HUB may identify completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality or another written restriction has been agreed.
7. Limitations
We are not responsible for failures caused by unauthorised changes, third-party services, unsupported equipment, compromised credentials or client-supplied inaccuracies.
8. Suspension or termination
Work may be paused for overdue payments, missing inputs, unlawful requests, abusive conduct or security risks. Fees remain payable for completed work and committed costs.
