When you prepare an enquiry or invoice request, you may provide your name, organisation, email address, phone number, selected service, budget, timeframe and project details.
2. How enquiries work
The forms on this static website prepare a message in your email application. Information is not transmitted until you choose to send that email. MADICT HUB receives the information through the email or messaging service you use.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations or invoices.
- To understand, deliver and support requested services.
- To maintain project and business records where reasonably required.
- To meet legal, financial or administrative obligations.
4. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by services you choose to use, including your email provider, WhatsApp, hosting providers or financial institutions. Their privacy terms apply independently.
5. Payment information
MADICT HUB does not collect card numbers, expiry dates, CVVs, PINs, passwords or one-time codes through this website. BSP receiving details are issued on an official invoice when payment is required.

We use reasonable measures to protect business records. Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for communication, service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations.

You may ask us to correct or delete information that is not required for an active service, transaction or legal record.
